Sitting on 5 acres, on a hill overlooking Morongo Valley, with the San Bernardino Mountains serving as a backdrop, a private road will bring you home for your stay. You'll be minutes from Joshua Tree National Park, Palm Springs, Yucca Valley, local hot spots, and stores. As you settle in, you'll be provided robes, slippers, toiletries, coffee/tea, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances fit for a chef, and a dining nook that seats four. A queen bed, yoga mats, vanity, and a touch of decor wait for you in the bedroom. You'll find a vinyl record player, acoustic guitar, classic games, a 65" TV, and a fold-out sofa in the living room. A corner workspace has two stations available. The outdoors offers plenty to do as well. Enjoy a cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise in a swinging egg chair. Stroll through the garden and surrounding wilderness of desert flora. Let the valley wind rock you in a hammock. Gaze at the mountains as your inner kid rides the swings. Huddle around the fire pit while kicking back in Adirondacks. House Rules

SPA Instructions PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THE SPA Spa service is Tuesday & Friday from 11-3. The tech will introduce himself if you’re outside (Breakpoint Pool & Spa), but will otherwise be in and out in performing the necessary service. If you do not want them there, please inform me ahead of time. The water in the SPA is continuously heated and therefore does not need to be turned ON. DO shower before use. DO NOT use soap, shampoo, oils, etc. in the SPA. DO NOT bring glass objects into the SPA. DO NOT bring food into the SPA. DO NOT bring electrical items into the SPA. When finished using the SPA: TURN OFF THE JETS. TURN THE AIR CONTROL VALVE TO THE OFF POSITION. TURN OFF THE LIGHT. PLEASE REPLACE THE COVER AND MAKE SURE TO CLIP THE COVER CLOSED. -Temperature To adjust the temperature, use the RED (increase) and BLUE (decrease) buttons on the right side of the control panel (the recommended temperature is no higher than 104 degrees). -Jets Press the “Jets” button on the left side of the control panel, once for Low Setting, twice for High Setting, and a 3rd time to shut off. An Air Control Valve is located on the side of the control panel. Setting it to the ON position will increase the force of the jets. -Lights To turn ON, press the “Light” button once. To turn OFF, press the “Light” button a second time. The color of the Light can be changed by quickly pressing OFF and ON while the Light is on. -Waterfall The control lever to open and close the waterfall sits above the waterfall opening.

Make the turn off of Highway 62 (29 Palms Highway) onto a dirt road and drive for about 1 minute. Usually smooth, rains can make it a bit bumpy. The inside is ideal for 2 guests, however, we can easily accommodate 4. The couch in the living room converts to a queen-sized bed.

We visited for one night and really enjoyed our stay! The property is secluded on a short dirt road that we had no problems with in a Mustang. The views were stunning looking out across the valley and the sunset was amazing. The amenities and extra touches were so nice and homey- the little toiletry bags were a pleasant surprise and saved us a trip to the store when we realized we forgot our toothbrushes. We enjoyed lounging on the hammock and chairs and my husband loved serenading me with the guitar. The stars were amazing, but there’s some light from the main road/cars so if you’re looking for the full stargazing experience just drive ~30 minutes towards the park. Overall, we loved our stay and will be back, and hopefully in the winter so we can take advantage of the hot tub. And shout out to the host for being very communicative and so nice!

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely accommodation! The location was perfect close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The space was spotless and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. Everything was just as described, if not better. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-situated place to stay!

The place was just like in the pictures. It felt very private, it gets very calm at night. The kitchen was amazing and we cooked almost all our meals there. The bed was really comfortable. The gaming room was a very cool addition to our stay, we played a few rounds of darts and babyfoot every night. The outdoor area is very nice, especially on evenings once it gets colder. We spotted a turtle and other small animals. Stargazing with the telescope was fun, we could observe Saturn passing by. Don't expect a pitch black night since you get some distant lights from nearby cities, but it was very nice still. We highly recommend that place if you're staying in the area. Our host was always friendly and reactive and we received good recommandations!

We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful, with stunning views in every direction. Everything was exactly as described, with clear instructions that made our stay a breeze. Vraiment un très beau chalet! L’endroit et la vue sont génial. 100% comme les photos. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La vue sur la vallée est magnifique. Mon fils et moi avons adoré la petite salle de jeux. Ça valait vraiment le prix payé, nous le recommandons sans hésiter! C’était parfait

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here, what a Gem. The Location had such stunning views, and great if you like star gazing like us, Ben got some great photos. The accommodation was lovely and so nicely done. We loved the little touches that had been made throughout, a lot of thought must of gone in to the design. The games room was fun, we enjoyed a little game of darts at night. I would recommend staying here, its a great place to chill out and has everything you would need, its especially good for exploring Joshua Tree park and the surrounding areas. I also really appreciate the quick responses from Hannah when we had any questions, she was really helpful.
