Our 1 Br home is located 10 minutes from the airport & an easy 15 min. ride into downtown. The space is clean, organized & bright. Guest enjoy the location (were near Percy Priest lake with walking & bike trails! just a short drive away) & are less than 2 miles from I-40. Although we are close to the heart of the city, our tiny space is on a quiet street in a peaceful neighborhood, perfect for traveler nurses or anyone relocating to the area & needs transitional housing.

Located less than 10 miles from the vibrant heart of Broadway in downtown Nashville, our 782-square-foot home is perfect for business travelers and couples looking for a peaceful getaway. As one half of a duplex, the space features an open, minimalist design with plenty of natural light. Enjoy laminate hardwood floors, a queen-size bed, a queen-size pull-out sofa, a dining table with chairs, and a shower/bathtub for your comfort. Please note: • No parties are allowed • We do not rent to local Middle TN residents without prior discussion Amenities: • Queen-size bed and pull-out sofa with fresh bedding • Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer) • Washer and dryer • Workspace or dining area with table and chairs • WiFi and smart TV (no cable) • Stay connected with our WiFi and streaming TV options (WiFi password provided, and you can use your own Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu, etc. accounts) • Clean towels and linens • Hairdryer, iron, ironing board • Keurig coffee machine • Ample storage (closets and hooks) Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am to ensure a peaceful stay. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a digital Welcome and Guide Book to help you navigate the space and the area. Our shared patio offers a tranquil spot to relax, surrounded by a spacious backyard and trees. While the unit is private, it shares a wall with the neighboring duplex, similar to a condo setup, so occasional noise may be heard. No pets are allowed. We're close to downtown without the hassle of traffic, making this a perfect home base for your Nashville stay.

Having said that, if your hopes for a Nashville experience entail excessive drinking or some of the other impact to hotels / residences that can come along with that, our home is not an ideal place to stay. We've had some extensive clean-up and damages and because of that have made changes to our guest policy/pricing. *Noise* Noise levels for our family friendly neighborhood are consistently quiet. Ours is not an ideal spot for parties or late night loud music gatherings. *No Smoking* As an additional note, there is absolutely n-o smoking allowed anywhere on the property for any reason, at any time and this is non-negotiable for health related reasons for our family. If you are a smoker, please select another property with our best wishes. This include e-cigarettes and vaping devices. *Dishwashing Please place and start dishwasher before your departure. Include all dirty dishes. *Cleanliness* To maintain cleanliness, we recommend to leave shoes at the door. The apartment is kept very clean (mostly due to both owners being self-professed clean freaks! We are that couple who scours the airbnb posts and reviews when we travel finding those who mention the cleanliness of the spot!:) Having said that, if hanging your towels on the bathroom door as you prepare to depart or not leaving sticky messes on the dining room table sound painful to you, this probably won’t be the best place for you to stay. We are admittedly a special kind of odd :) and can make recommendations for other friends with properties in Nashville who host. Thank you for reading these notes. A couple of things to point out before sharing our house details below: 1- We require a profile photo for all bookings. Due to Airbnb privacy policies, we aren’t able to see a guest profile photo until after we’ve accepted a reservation. Once we’ve accepted and confirmed your reservation, if there is no current profile pic, please plan to update your profile with a current picture within 24 hours and let us know when you have so we don’t have to cancel the reservation. Seeing a picture of a person allows us to see who will be a guest in our space. Airbnb actually encourages us as hosts to require this step, so please let us know if there are any questions about this request. 2- If you haven’t already, we also ask you to update the reservation by adding all adult names to it. Neighborhood

This is a small, quiet neighborhood about 2 minutes from Interstate 40 and about 10 minutes from the Nashville International Airport. Our neighbors are friendly, but stay to themselves. Though close to downtown Nashville, we have our own restaurants in the neighborhood and share suggestions and ideas in our guide. We are also only about 5-10 minutes from the Grand Ole Opry, Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center & Opry Mills. Personally, we spend much of our time down the road at the J. Percy Priest lake and advocate checking out a bit of Nashville’s nature for your stay! Going for a run, walk or bike along the greenways / nature trails (!!!) on the bank of the Stones River Greenway, Music City Bikeway, or to J. Percy Priest Dam are all just a few miles away.

Guest access

Prior to your check-in, we will send you information that includes the code to get into the apartment and everything else you might need to know along with our favorite Nashville highlights. Upon arrival, park in the gravel driveway and you entrance is the wooden door to your right (your passcode to get in will be with check-in info).

Find us

Uber can get you back and forth from the airport and any trips downtown you care to make. Other mass transit / public transportation to other areas around Nashville is limited and shouldn't be anticipated, BUT the Nashville Star train direct to downtown is close by in Donelson. (fun little ride if their schedule works with your schedule!)
