*Checking in/out* Times are based on the need to clean and prep the unit for the next guest, but if we don't have another guest coming in that day, we will do our best to accommodate requests. Two Rivers Skatepark 8.3 miles Please note: Our place is in a residential neighbor a few minutes away from the fun and excitement of downtown Nashville, which is great for our guests. Having said that, if your hopes for a Nashville experience entail excessive drinking or some of the other impact to hotels / residences that can come along with that, our home is not an ideal place to stay. We've had some extensive clean-up and damages and because of that have made changes to our guest policy/pricing. *Noise* Noise levels for our family friendly neighborhood are consistently quiet. Ours is not an ideal spot for parties or late night loud music gatherings. *No Smoking* As an additional note, there is absolutely n-o smoking allowed anywhere on the property for any reason, at any time and this is non-negotiable for health related reasons for our family. If you are a smoker, please select another property with our best wishes. This include e-cigarettes and vaping devices. *Dishwashing Please place and start dishwasher before your departure. Include all dirty dishes. *Cleanliness* To maintain cleanliness, we recommend to leave shoes at the door. The apartment is kept very clean (mostly due to both owners being self-professed clean freaks! We are that couple who scours the airbnb posts and reviews when we travel finding those who mention the cleanliness of the spot!:) Having said that, if hanging your towels on the bathroom door as you prepare to depart or not leaving sticky messes on the dining room table sound painful to you, this probably won’t be the best place for you to stay. We are admittedly a special kind of odd :) and can make recommendations for other friends with properties in Nashville who host. Thank you for reading these notes.
