Emerald Escape 2410 is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom junior suite condo located in the West Tower on the 4th floor of The Palms of Destin Resort. This 970 sq. ft. condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is designed for relaxation and convenience. Rooms & Spaces • Master Bedroom – Features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy and comfort. • Guest Bedroom – Includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. • Living Room – A welcoming space with a queen sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the private balcony, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunset views over Destin. • Fully Equipped Kitchen – Stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and cooking essentials. • Dining Area – A dining table for meals and gatherings, conveniently located near the open-concept living space. • Two Full Bathrooms – The master has an ensuite bathroom, while the second bathroom is easily accessible from the guest bedroom and common areas. • In-Unit Washer & Dryer – So you can pack light and refresh your clothes during your stay. Important Details Before Booking – Emerald Escape Before booking your stay at Emerald Escape, here are a few key details to know: 1) No Parties Policy: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere and respect our neighbors, parties and events are not allowed in the condo. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space enjoyable for all guests. 2) Self-Catering: The condo is fully equipped for cooking, but for sanitary reasons, no condiments, seasonings, or oils are provided. Guests should bring their own essentials for meal prep. 3) Resort Fee: The Palms of Destin Resort charges a mandatory $25 per night resort fee, included in your booking and listed as a tourism assessment tax. This grants full access to the resort’s amenities, including pools, fitness center, and shuttle service. Wristbands will be provided at check-in. 4) Age Requirement: The minimum age to book Emerald Escape is 25. The guest making the reservation must be 25+ and present at check-in (IDs are verified for safety and security). 5) No Pets Policy: Emerald Escape is pet-free to maintain a clean and allergy-friendly space. Guests bringing an ESA must provide documentation prior to arrival or risk eviction and fines. 6) No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the patio. The Palms of Destin has designated smoking areas available for guests. 7) Guest Package & Delivery Policy: Please check with the host BEFORE shipping any packages to the property.
