We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space enjoyable for all guests. 2) Self-Catering: The condo is fully equipped for cooking, but for sanitary reasons, no condiments, seasonings, or oils are provided. Guests should bring their own essentials for meal prep. 3) Resort Fee: The Palms of Destin Resort charges a mandatory $25 per night resort fee, included in your booking and listed as a tourism assessment tax. This grants full access to the resort’s amenities, including pools, fitness center, and shuttle service. Wristbands will be provided at check-in. 4) Age Requirement: The minimum age to book Emerald Escape is 25. The guest making the reservation must be 25+ and present at check-in (IDs are verified for safety and security). 5) No Pets Policy: Emerald Escape is pet-free to maintain a clean and allergy-friendly space.
